Mt. Vernon senior Bradley Turner has decided to continue his academic and athletic career at the University of Saint Francis. Turner was a two-sport athlete at Mt. Vernon, participating in soccer for four years and baseball for two, earning three varsity letters. In addition to his athletic career at Mt. Vernon, Turner also played travel baseball with the Indiana Stix throughout his high school career. Turner will be joining fellow Marauder Sam McCarty on the Cougars’ roster in 2019-20. While at Saint Francis Turner plans to major in biology.
The University of Saint Francis is an NAIA institution located in Fort Wayne, IN. The Cougars are members of the Crossroads League, which includes several regional rivals including Indiana Wesleyan, Marian, and Huntington University.
