MV hosted conference opponent New Castle today. Alka scored the first goal of the day assisted by Webber. MV kept charging but couldn’t get another before halftime. Bennett got the second goal in the second half assisted by Ludlow. Keppler and his defense of Austel, Vinard, Webber, Kaminski and Reske helped get the first shut out of the season. Marauders travel to Delta on Tuesday for another tough conference contest.
