“Hand Grenades, horseshoes, tying in soccer, 2nd place homecoming king or queen, almost winning an ice cream eating contest and losing 2-3. All in the same category. Close doesn’t mean much, except in the horeshoes and hand grenades. We had a good chance to win. Big points and finishing were the key. You can’t give a team like Delta get off the ropes when you have a chance for a KO” Coach Gabe

The JV team lost 9-5. Winners to be named later.
